The BJA has a vast selection of articles which are clear and concise. Good for both basic science and clinical topics. Easiest thing is to google BJA +whatever you are interesting in and something should pop up. All free to access.
FRCA website
Deep resource aimed at those taking the u.k Anaesthesics exam. Still lots of useful stuff on concepts and practicalities relating to Anaesthesia and critical care.
World federation of societies of Anaesthestist
Produces free to access weekly summaries (tutorial of the week) of a wide variety of topics, generally a bit less dense than the BJA for those of us that are a bit denser.
